Boasting a total of 30 years experience in the industry, the company aims to revolutionise local recruitment and training processes, by providing an all-inclusive tailored service for public and private sector businesses and organisations throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Far East.
We are one of the largest specialist recruitment and training companies in Northern Ireland, with more than 1,500 people currently being placed in jobs and training programmes.
Rutledge Joblink specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment within the nursing, healthcare, industrial and international recruitment sectors as well as offering vocational training expertise in Jobskills, Modern Apprenticeships and other Government-funded training programmes. Training For Success was more recently introduced in September 2007.
