Nathan Flatman, Branch Manager, stated "Rutledge Joblink is proud to see how our trainees have developed over the previous 12 months, and we wish them well in their future careers. All of the trainees awarded today have produced work, commitment and excelled in their work placements. The motivation these trainees have shown throughout their scheme has been an inspiration to staff and other trainees alike."

The young students were not the only ones receiving awards, representatives from Spires Art Gallery, Arvalee School, Pollock's Estate Agents, and the Red Cross received awards for their contribution to the development of trainees and the Jobskills programme. "Without the support from employers the scheme would not be able to operate, the employers not only receive dedicated trainees, but they also find their company benefiting from the enthusiasm and energy from the Rutledge Joblink trainees" Sam McCartney, Director of Operations stated on the awards day.

Rutledge Joblink is already busy recruiting school leavers (16-17 year olds) for its highly successful training and employment courses in September.
