Rutledge Joblink, Omagh's largest recruitment and training organisation is celebrating this week, as it announced the winner of the "Rutledge Joblink Temp of the Year for 2005/2006", an award to celebrate the hard work and flexibility of temping staff pro

Nathan Flatman, Branch Manager, was delighted to award Fiona Henry with a bottle of champagne and a voucher in recognition for her hard work within the Omagh area for local Rutledge Joblink clients. "As a busy recruitment and training agency we are delighted to be working with candidates like Fiona Henry, who we know provide excellent service for our clients. We are always striving to bring our local employers the best candidates, whether it is for temporary or permanent staff, and Fiona Henry represents the best qualities we are seeking in our candidates, good qualifications and experience, flexibility towards the client's needs, professionalism and a "can-do" approach in any situation.

Bridie Treacy and Amanda Winters, recruitment consultants for the Omagh branch had no hesitation in supporting this award for Fiona, who having worked for a Rutledge Joblink client as a temporary worker, has now progressed into full time employment within the same company. Bridie Treacy, Senior Recruitment consultant stated "Fiona is the perfect example of a modern business temporary worker, and we are delighted that her hard work is being recognised today. Everyday we have employers contacting us for staff, and we are delighted to know we can call upon candidates like Fiona to deliver for our clients not only in the Omagh, Strabane and Enniskillen areas, but across Ireland, Europe, the Middle east and Asia."

"Fiona came to Rutledge Joblink with a detailed CV, highlighting her previous work in Omagh and abroad. Not only has she demonstrated an attitude towards self-development throughout her career, but she also impressed us with her excellent customer service and administration skills. Therefore we had no hesitation in recognising Fiona for this prestigious award." Amanda Winters, recruitment consultant added at the award day.
