The core elements of our service are:
- to provide short, medium and long term placements for Registered Nurses and Care Assistants.
- to recruit and place Registered nurses from the Philippines, India and Europe for fixed term contracts.
- to support clients in the selection and recruitment of key staff for posts in their organisation.

The Agency is registered with the Departments of Health, Social and Public Safety (DHSSPS) in Northern Ireland and works within the guidelines and standards recommended by the NHS, DHSSP, NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) and An Bord Altranais. Rutledge Joblink is listed on the NHS website as one of the agencies that adheres to the code of practice for NHS employers involved in the international recruitment of healthcare professions.
The Nursing Agency is also registered with OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commisioner), which allows Rutledge Joblink to process Work Permits on behalf of clients.
